Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 c. almonds, soaked for 4-6 hours
    Pinch of sea salt
    1/8 c. olive oil

    Filling:
    4 apples, cored but not peeled or sliced
    3 dates, pitted
    1 t. flaxseed oil
    Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Crust: Blend almonds in blender to powder. Add salt and oil, blend well. Spoon into pie dish

Filling: Blend all ingredients in blender. Spoon over crust.
