Ingredients

    1 pkg (12oz.) Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide egg noodles
    1 can (12.5oz) 98% Fat Free Chicken Breast (in water)
    2 cans 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese condensed soup
    1 bag (16oz) Frozen broccoli heads
    2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. light sour cream

Directions

Cook broccoli until it is tender (not mushy) - drain and set aside. Cook noodles per package directions, drain and set aside. Drain chicken - break pieces into small chunks. Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT the parmesan cheese; spread mixture into the already prepared 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes covered. Remove cover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and back an additional 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

    This was a great dish. We loved it. It is so easy to make and very filling. We added another can of chicken breast to the dish because we like lots of meat. - 1/30/10
