Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 chopped
    Mangos, 1 peeled and chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Onions, raw, .5 small minced
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix together and refrigerate until using. This recipe is very flexible. You could add pineapple, cilantro, black beans, sub lime for the lemon or be creative.
