Ingredients

    • 8 Oz. Uncooked Penne Rigate
    • 1 Portobella Mushroom Cap, Sliced
    • 1 Plum Tomato, Chopped
    • 6 Oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    • 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
    • 3 Tsp. Reduced-Fat Parmesan
    • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt

Directions

1. Boil water, and cook pasta to Al Dente, or to your desired texture.
2. While pasta is cooking, spray a skillet with cooking spray, and heat to medium-high. Cook chicken about 10 minutes, and add portobella mushroom.
3. When chicken is finished, and mushroom has softened, add tomato, chicken broth, and garlic salt, mixing to combine.
4. Drain pasta, and place in a beautiful serving bowl. Add chicken mixture and parmesan, and toss to coat.
5. Serve, and enjoy your delicious pasta!
