1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup water
1 tbls balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbs chili powder

1 cup cubed butternut squash
2 cups spinach
Directions
put everything except the spinach in a pot and simmer until squash is tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
