Ingredients

Ground Turkey ( 93/7)
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Low Fat)
2 Cans of Pillsbury Croissant Rolls. May use original or low fat.
1 can of Stewed tomatoes, no salt
Directions
Pre heat oven to tempture listed on Croissant Rolls.
Brown Ground Turkey on Stove top until cooked thoroughly.
Dice half of the onion and put to the side.
Dice entire green pepper and put to side.
In a pie pan use 1 can of Croissant Roles and line bottom to make crust ( crust should cover bottom of pan and sides flush with the top). Empty ground turkey meat into pan and spread even. Layer with Onion and Green Pepper.
Drain excess tomato juice out of stewed tomato can. Place half of the can into pie pan and spread even on top of other ingredients.
Top with 1 cup cheddar cheese ( or desired amount)
Top pie with second can of croissant rolls to create a crust.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until Croissant Rolls are fully cooked.
Let sit for 1-2 minutes to cool.
