Ingredients

4 c Almonds -whole
4 c Cashews -roasted & salted
2 c Pumpkin Seeds
1 c Apricots -diced
1 c Cranberries
1 c Raisins
1 ½ c Rice Syrup
½ c Corn Starch
1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions
Grease one 9 x 13 in. pan.
Mix nuts and fruits together and set aside.
In a large pot, place syrup, cornstarch and vanilla and eat
on high, stirring to break up cornstarch. Bring to a full and
vigorous rolling boil. Continue to boil for 1 minute or
slightly more stirring constantly. Look for a caramel color
when ready. Turn off heat and add nut/fruit mix. Stir fast
and hard. Keep stirring until everything is coated. Turn out
onto the pan. Press down with oiled hands until even. Cut
while still warm. Place in fridge to cool.
