Ingredients

    chicken breast (canned), 12 oz drained
    1 tbls extra virgin olive oil
    Carrots, raw, 5 large chopped
    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, large chopped
    *Potato, raw, 3 large cut into small cubes
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (you can replace with low sodium)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Fresh Sweet Onion (1/4 Medium Raw)

Directions

Chop up onions, carrots and celery. Saute with 1 tbls olive oil.
Place in crockpot and add potatoes, chicken and broth. Pepper to taste. Cook on high 4-5 hours. or low 8 hrs.
