Ingredients

    3 large Zucchini aprox 170 grams each
    120 grams of fat free cream cheese (20 grams for each slice)
    6 slices Luis Rich Turkey Bacon
    Parmesan
    Spike

Directions

Wash zucchini slice in half and pat dry. Score seed area and remove making a shallow trough . press aprox 20 Grms Fat Free Cream Cheese to fill trough. Sprinkle each with Spike & Parmesan.
Wrap with a a slice of Luis Rich Turkey Bacon, bake at 375 for 30 minutes

    The original version is more yummy as the bacon and cream cheese meld...Great with a fluffy baked potato and steak, although I am not really eating like that anymore ;-) Thanks for trying my recipe!

    Sorry for the late reply, I have been off the radar lately. Spike Original Magic is a Natural Seasoning You can find in the spice aisle. I use the Original flavor, I love it on eggs veggies, burgers, chicken, just about anything really. It does have salt though. We love the flavor.

    Incredible!
