Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef, browned
    1 c onion chopped
    2 c tomato juice
    12 oz spaghetti, cooked
    2 TB chili powder

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet. Cook spaghetti according to directions on box. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook of low for 4 hours. makes 8 - 10 servings. (Can also add cheese on top. Not included in calorie count.)

    My family loved this receipe so much I only got to taste it. It was gone in like 6 hours! If you like a fresher taste, add some bell peppers and onions. Awesome - 12/9/10
