Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground chuck
    1 10oz pkg of frozen mixed vegatables
    4 medium size potatoes (cut in cubes)
    1 1/2 - 2 cups tomatoe sauce
    1 1/2 cups of frozen seasoning blend
    ( red and green bell pepper, onion,celery)
    2 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp black pepper
    2 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp crushed bay leaf
    4 -6 cups water

Directions

Slowly brown ground chuck. Add dry seasonings and frozen seasoning blend (bell pepper, onion, celery) continue cooking then add the 6 cups water and tomatoe sauce. Add frozen vegetables, cubed potatoes . Continue cooking bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are soft. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
Makes approximately 8 2 -cup servings or 16 1-cup servings
