Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Smart Balance Omega Buttery Spread (softened)
1 cup nonfat milk
Directions
1) Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2) Either lightly grease cookie sheet or use parchment paper over cookie sheet.
3) Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl
4) Cut in Buttery Spread using pastry blender or criss-crossing 2 knives, until mixture looks like fine crumbs.
5) Stir in milk and honey until dough leaves the sides of the bowl. The dough should be soft and sticky.
6) Drop dough onto cover cookie sheet. Each drop should be about one and half to two inches in diameter.
7) Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Best if served warm.
