Ingredients

    1/4 c Low fat Ricotta
    1/4c Fat free Cottage Cheese
    1 oz low fat mozzarella
    1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
    6 spinach leaves
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    4 med tomato

Directions

Mix all the ingredients, hollow tomatoes, fill with cheese filling. Bake at 325 until cheese is melting.
