I know it won't quite be the same, but I had to "lighten" it up. We eat this as a side dish with Thanksgiving and Christmas, but its sweet enough to be a dessert. Ingredients

Casserole:
4-5 good size sweet potatoes
1/2 cup splenda, more if not sweet enough
1/2 cup smart balance lite spread
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup nonfat milk
Topping:
1/3 cup smart balance light spread
1 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions
Boil and mash potatoes. Add sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix together. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
Mix all items for topping, add more flour and brown sugar if not crumbly enough. Crumble over top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
