    16 ozs. Extra-lean ground beef (93%) lean
    1/2 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Cup Whole Berry cranberry sauce
    1 Cup Heinz chili sauce (couldn't find; used ketchup for calculations)


Combine ground beef & breadcrumbs. Roll into meatballs (25 count for calculations).

Simmer in combined cranberry sauce and chili sauce for at least one hour.

  • Have made this recipe for years but using frozen cocktail meatballs (60 count) in the slow cooker. Can make a huge batch by doubling the chili sauce and cranberry and putting two bags (120) meatballs in a big crock. This recipe is a hit that no one is expecting, there are never leftovers.
