Ingredients

Base:
4 Egg whites
175 grams Granulated Sugar
Topping:
Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup
Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, sliced
Knox gelatin, 1.75 gram(s)
1 baking tray with baking paper or silicon liner.
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F/150 degrees C.
Whisk egg whites until firm peaks form. Whisk in the sugar, approx. 1 oz (25 g) at a time.
Use spoons to place dollops of meringue in an 8 inch circle on the paper/silicon sheet. Fill the circle with the remaining meringue.
Bake for one hour, then turn the oven off but don't open the door. Wait for several hours or the next morning before taking it out.
Before serving, decorate the top of the meringue with the fruit dipped in Knox gelatin. Let set. If desired, serve with whip cream (not included in nutrition info)
