Ingredients

4 Large Eggs
2 C Milk
2 C Flour
2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F
In large bowl, mix eggs and milk with beater, on medium, until well blended.
Reduce speed to low.
Gradually blend flour and salt.
Mix until completely blended and smooth.
Generously grease (or cooking spray) 12 custard cups (5 ounce cups). Set cups on cookie sheet. Divide mixture evenly between the cups.
Bake for 15 mins at 425F
Reduce oven temp to 350F and back for another 15 mins.
Remove pan, slit tops and back 10 more mins.
Unmold and serve immediatly.
Great with butter as part of your meal, or with a bit of jam as a dessert or snack.
