Introduction

Always good for left overs and it will make your house smell AMAZING! Takes about 5 hours to cook. Always good for left overs and it will make your house smell AMAZING! Takes about 5 hours to cook.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    - Meaty turkey Frame left over from thanksgiving, christmas or where ever
    - 3 Carrots roughly chopped
    - 3 stalks of celery roughly chopped
    - 4 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
    - 1 tbsp black pepper
    - 1 tbsp oregano
    - 12 cups water
    ------------------------------------------------
    - 1 bunch of celery, roughly 10 stalks sliced
    - 8 carrots sliced
    - 6 cloves of garlic chopped
    - 8 cups of turkey meat (from frame, can be added to from leftovers)
    - 5 servings of Wild Rice
    - Season as needed or desired

Directions

1. Put all of the ingredients from the first half of ingredients list into a stock pot and cook over medium heat until meat falls off the bone, about three to four hours.
2. Strain out all solids and set aside.
3. Let broth cool and skim off fat from the top of the soup.
4. Return turkey meat to pot and add all other ingredients.
5. Return broth and cook for another 30 minutes to an hour.
6. Enjoy!
