Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    6 cups/1 lb frozen spinach
6 tbsp of your favorite marinade (ginger wasabi used for this recipe)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 medium bell pepper
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp parsley
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

First, season your ground turkey and set aside to marinate. Then chop your garlic, onion and pepper and set aside. Use a large pot or wok to season the pan with olive oil.
