Introduction

Basically a chicken noodle soup without the noodle. Basically a chicken noodle soup without the noodle.

Ingredients

    1 celery stalk diced
    1/2 onion diced
    2 carrots diced
    Brocolli floretts
    1 container reduced sodium chicken broth
    skinless chicken breast 3 tenderloins
    3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

3 tbsp olive oil in pan saute onion celery, and carrots
add chicken and brocoli cook until chicken is cooked through.
add chicken broth and add any seasoning you choose.
Bring to a boil and let simmer until all veggies ar tender.
