This recipe is very quick and easy and has a lot of room for improvising. You can use any kind of vegetables that you like. It's extremely healthy, low in fat, fills you up etc.

Ingredients

    * You could also use regular spaghetti I prefer the whole wheat kind because it's healthier and it tastes better

    *I buy the veggies that you can steam in the bag, and after I steam them I add them to the pan. You could also throw them in the pan frozen.

Directions

1. Cook 4oz of whole wheat spaghetti (about 10min or according to directions)
2. Drain and set aside
3. When the spaghetti is almost done heat 1tbs of Olive oil in a large frying pan.
3.Add 1c canned mushrooms and 6oz of vegetables to the pan
4.Stir frequently until everything is covered in olive oil and the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the spaghetti to the pan and mix well
6. After about 3min you can serve
*add salt if desired
