Introduction

This was an Iron Chef recipe...I threw together what I had in the pantry and fridge. This was an Iron Chef recipe...I threw together what I had in the pantry and fridge.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground pork sausage
    1/2 head chopped cabbage
    1 chopped onion
    3 potatoes, diced, skin on
    3 cans chicken/beef broth
spices to taste, (garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, etc)

Directions

Brown the sausage, drain the fat.
add everything else.
bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

I made it with 2 cans of broth, and it was very thick, if you want it to be more of a soup, you could even add 4 cans. Also, if you don't mind the fat, if you leave some grease from the sausage in, it really flavors it!

I dont really know how many servings, I didn't measure them, I just dished it out!
