A sweet treat that won't ruin your diet. Fun and very easy to make! Even your kids will like this one. An easy snack to grab and go. You can also try this with different flavored rice cakes or even add a touch of peanut butter after the chocolate hardens. Just keep in mind, the nutritional info will change. Enjoy! Ingredients

    6 rice cakes
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler, or in the microwave just until melted and smooth, try 30 seconds at a time, then stir (if you microwave too long the chocolate will seize up.)

Dip the cakes in the melted chocolate and place chocolate-side up on wax paper. Put in fridge to harden if you like or eat as is!

Store in individual sandwich zipper bags for freshness after the chocolate has hardened.

*The melted chocolate can be spread on the cakes with a rubber spatula rather than dipping if you prefer.
