Ingredients

    2 cup wheat bran
    3 cups water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and spray cookie sheet WELL.

Mix ingredients and pour onto sheet. Spread (This is very watery, try to get the bran mixture distributed evenly).

Bake 10 min, remove sheet from oven, score crackers, and return to oven.

Bake 15 min. more. Turn oven off and let sheet sit in oven 1 hour.

Remove sheet from oven, and turn oven on to 250.

With spatula, turn crackers over, and return to oven for 10-15 min.

Turn oven off and let sheet sit in oven 1 hour. (Letting crackers sit in oven while it's off helps them to dry out).

Enjoy!!!

    Bad
5 stars. Stars are not working. Thank you!
Works great. I added other flavorings without suger or salt. Poppy seeds. Garlic powder. Chicken seasonings, dried basil.
I love having something to crunch on besides yummy kale chips.
I think coco would work to, to make a sweet cracker with honey.

    Incredible!
I was skeptical of this recipe working because there was no binder to hold it together, but it works. There was some difficulty flipping the crackers because they were a little gooey, so I let them cook longer and they flipped much easier. I definitely had to let mine dry out overnight. Excellent. - 5/19/15
