    1 cup Bran flakes crushed
    4 ozs Yoplait Fiber One Nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1-1/4 cups Whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup Ground flaxseed
    3/4 cup Mussleman's Natural Unsweetened apple sauce
    1/4 cup Splenda Brown sugar mix
    1/2 cup Shredded carrot
    2/3 cup Trail mix: dark chocolate, soy nuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, dates
    3 tsp Baking powder
    2 tsp Ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Fat-free egg beaters
    1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
    1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove muffins from pan to cooking rack. Serve warm.
