Ingredients

    Zuccini Squash, 3 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head medium
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 package
    Broccoli, frozen 1 package
    Brown Rice, meduim grain, 2 cup
    Chicken Thigh, 10 bone and skin removed
    Chicken Drumstick, 10 bone and skin removed

Directions

First get a ten pound bag of chicken leg quarters, cut the thigh fromt the drumstick. Boil and season the chicken and rice as you like for 45 min. I use garlic salt, cuminos, and chicken bouion, 2 squares. After that then add the vegetables for another 15-20 min. Then serve and enjoy.
