This taco salad is doesn't look great but it tastes great. Because you should pre mix. You can take off 150 cal. if you use the low cal. 1000 island and fat free cheese. Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 1 #
taco Seasoning Mix, 1 package 8 serving
Thousand Island Salad Dressing, 1/2 cup
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, small
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato)
1 can dark kidney beans drain and rinse
Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, small wedges
Frito's Scoops Corn Chips, 3oz Small bag
1/2 c of sredded mild cheddar cheese.
Directions
Taco seasoning mix

Take meat off heat, drain and rinse beans then add to beef Let cool, Then mix in 1000's island dressing ( I know it sounds weird, but a restaurant served it like this and I never wanted it any other way)
Cut up Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and mix meat mixture in bowl.
put the fritos and cheese on top of each salad after you plate it up.
If you are not going to eat it all at one time. Store you meat mixture separate, and dont use the other part of fridos and cheese till you are ready to serve.
per portion, 2 cups of salad mix, 3/4 of meat & bean mix, 1/8 cheese,1/4 c chips.
