Introduction

Great Burger that you won't even know you left the beef behind. Great Burger that you won't even know you left the beef behind.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    19.2 oz package of 93/7 Turkey Burger
    1/4 Green Onion chopped very fine
    1/4 Carrots Chopped fine
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp Black Pepper
    2 tbsp Basil
    1/4 Bread Crumbs seasoned
    Orowheat or Arrow Sandwich Thins

    Put Turkey in bowl. Chop onions and carrots I very fine and add to bowl. Add salt, pepper, basil now mix very well. Now add the bread crumbs and mix well but don't over mix the turkey it will make your burger tough. Let rest for about 10 minutes.

Directions

Grill on gas grill about 7 minutes on each side.

This makes 4 good size burgers. Warm the Orowheat or Arrow Sandwich Thins, If you use condiments on your burger you will have to count for those calories.
