1 bag Pepperidge Farms Herbed Stuffing Mix
1/2 stick butter
1/2 bunch celery
1 yellow onion (not Vidalia)
1 chicken bullion cube
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
1 McIntosh apple, peeled and chopped
1 bag craisins
12 oz Italian turkey sausage
Directions
Brown turkey, drain fat.
Melt butter, add diced celery and onion. Add bullion cube. Cook until desired tenderness. Add chopped peeled apples and remaining ingredients. Add water to make it moist.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
