Ingredients

    Buttermilk 2 cups
    chickpea flour 25gms
    cumin and corriande seed powder 1tbsp
    cilantro,raw 1tbsp
    Shreaded coconut 10gms
    turmeric a gram
    green chilli peppers to taste
    Salt to taste

    Vegitables as per choice
    0.5 cup bottle gourd , onion . potato, egg plant , okra etc mixed or single

Directions

Grind all solids
add to buttermilk and cook
add cooked Vegitables of choice or cook vegitables in buttermilk and salt to taste
