Introduction

This was a great recipe for using leftover turkey and it was really easy. It didn't take a lot of time to put together either. My family includes 2 teenage boys and we tend to like to have leftovers for lunches, etc., so this recipe can be cut down for a smaller family. This looks good. I plan to add some leftover green bean casserole to add veggies and some added flavor. - 11/25/12
