Ingredients

    12 oz solid tuna packed in water (well drained)
    2 scallions washed, trimmed and chopped fine
    1/4 cup banana peppers
    3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
    1/4 cup chopped almonds (toasted if desired)
    1/4 cup good quality olive oil
    1 Tbsp smooth dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)
    1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients well with a fork in a medium-size, nonreactive bowl. Taste and adjust lemon juice and pepper. The salad can be made up to 3 days in advance and refrigerated.
