Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tbsp honey
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup milk
    ice

Directions

place all ingredients except ice in blender
mix until blended well
add ice a little at a time until smoothie is as thick as you like

    Me and my husband loves this!! We are both on P90X and use it as a before workout meal or breakfast. We've used both a chocolate and Mocha protein powder and they are both great. Thanks for the wonderful recipe! - 3/21/11
