Ingredients

    Lilydale extra lean ground turkey - per 100g, 453 gram(s) (remove)
    Catsup, .4 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Diced Tomatoes - per 19oz can, 1 serving (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    3/4 cup rice
    Cheddar Cheese (shredded)- per 1/3 cup, 0.66 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook turkey. Add pureed veg. Add diced tomatoes, rice, 1 cup water and other ingredients. simmer for 30 minutes. Put in casserole dish add cheese and bake at 375F for 10-15m.
