Ingredients

Ingredients:
1-8 oz package of fat-free cream cheese, room temperature (or regular or low fat cream cheese);
3/4 cup granulated sugar (switch with splenda if you like!);
1-20 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained;
1-16 oz package of sliced unsweetened frozen strawberries partially thawed;
1 cup chopped walnuts;
2-3 bananas diced;
1-12 oz container of whipped topping (Free Cool Whip);

Serves: 14
Time: 10 min prep/6 hours total time
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar (or sugar sub) until well blended. Stir in the pineapple, strawberries and nuts. Carefully fold in the bananas, followed by the whipped topping. Spread the mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Freeze overnight.
Remove from the freezer about 30 min before serving, then cut into aquares (OR freeze partially for 1-2 hours before cutting into squares, then return to freezer until completely frozen. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving).
TIPS:
Transport frozen and allow 30 minutes before serving. Do not let sit out more than 2 hours. Cut into sqares prior to freezing completely.
