frie the onions and garlic in a good splach of olive oil or sesamoil very light,add the turkey and move constantly,add the vegs and stir them in,add the shrimps and all the herbs,add a good splash of fisch sauce and soy sauce move for one minute and ready to eat!! eat boiled rice with it or chinese noodles,,enjoy
