Ingredients

    1 Cup Splenda
    1/2 Cup Butter
    1 Cup Apple Sauce
    1 Egg
    1 Cup White Flour
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter and splenda. Add apple sauce and egg. Mix well. Add Flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until blended. Drop by teaspoons on to cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes 18 cookies.
