Introduction

This dish is perfect to accompanie any kind of spanish rice. This dish is perfect to accompanie any kind of spanish rice.

Ingredients

    1 cup Goya red beans. (for shorter prep time, use canned Goya red beans)
    1 tbsp of tomato paste
    1/2 small red onion diced
    3 rings of red pepper
    1 tpsp of black pepper
    1 tsp of chicken bouillion
    2 tsps of adobo
    2 cloves of garlic minced

Directions

In a deep pot boil beans for about 45 minutes, or until tender. Or add the can of Goya beans in pot with 4 cups of water.
Add all ingredients and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Tip: to make it creamier, take a few spoonfulls of grains and mashed them and pour back into pot.
