Introduction

This shake is said to do wonders in lowering your cholesterol, of which I have a problem. It was handed down to me by my mother-in-law, whom also has this problem. After taking it continuously, her lab results were that her cholesterol had gone down. I don't know if that was as a result of taking it or the medication, maybe both, I don't know. Either way, it is very delicious, and as you can see, nutritious. This shake is said to do wonders in lowering your cholesterol, of which I have a problem. I would never have thought to add grains to a shake. I'm going to have to try that. I really want to find ways to add flax and other grains to our diet. - 1/4/10
