    * Grd Rice, 35 grams
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 5 grams
    * DDV Yogurt 7%, 125 grams
    * *Equal 0 Calorie Sweetner Packet, 3 tsp
    * Almonds, 25 grams
    * Cherry Sauce sugar free 0.25 cup


Boil 35grams raw grd rice in milk with vanilla extract for 15-25 minutes.. Let the rice cool off..

Sweeten the yogurt with sweetner, add the almonds which have been chopped in a food processor and mix the ingredients into the rice pudding..

Warm the cherry sauce up and pour over the rice..

Tip add 125 grams of stewed apple to the ris la mande.
