Introduction

My mom recently became gluten free
but she is italian and she really loves pasta.
So i created a flavorful pasta dish with veggies and a little protein with black beans.

So i created a flavorful pasta dish with veggies and a little protein with black beans.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup pasta
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup black beans
    1 cup whipping cream
    4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1/4 Feta Cheese
    1 tbsp Garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

First- Boil about 6 cups of water for gluten free pasta
Second- While water boils cut broccoli into bite size pieces
Third- In a saucepan heat whipping cream and garlic on low heat, let simmer, add broccoli, salt and pepper, Dijon mustard and let simmer for 3 min.
Four- Add pasta to water and cook for 7-9 min.
Five- Strain pasta and mix into with saucepan with broccoli and beans
Six- Serve 1/4 cup on each plate with 1tbsp of feta cheese
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
