Ingredients

    2 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. onion, chopped
    14 oz carrots, slivered
    14 oz. celery, diced
    48 oz. canned tomatoes, diced
    8 oz dry pasta (something small)
    2 cans red kidney beans
    2 cans white kidney beans
    88 oz beef broth
    3 tsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce

Directions

Cook beef in large 10 qt. pot. Drain. Add onions, carrots, celery, and tomatoes. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse beans, and add to pot. Add remaining ingredients.

Makes 9 quarts.
