Introduction

This is my take on a dish I ate at a Thai restaurant... I love peanut butter so this worked out good... However, maybe more spices like red pepper and even curry powder would make this even better. For ingredient amounts, I looked at the nutrition breakdown and multiplied each by 6 since it said that it makes 6 servings. It breaks down to approximately 8 tbsp peanut butter, 1.5 lb chicken breasts, 6 tbsp lite soy sauce, 1 tbsp garlic powder, And 3/4 cup chicken broth. - 5/20/13

I see all are asking for amounts of ingredients to use in this recipe. Sounds delicious. But measurements would be helpful. - 5/24/11
