Introduction

Family breakfast usually made with Bob Evans mild sausage and 14-18 eggs. This is my healthier version.
Don't know if my Dad would approve, but I like the changes!! :)
Also good with onions/green peppers
This takes longer to bake because of the egg substitutes.

Ingredients

    Spray large casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Cook Turkey Sausage, drain.
    Tare 6/8 of french bread loaf and put in bottow of dish.
    Crumble cooked sausage over bread.
    Pour the 5 cups of egg starts over bread and sausage.
    Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture.
    Cover and put in fridge over night.
    In morning uncover.
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Bake 60 - 90 minutes
