Introduction

Use as a stewp or scoop into a burrito that is low carb/low fat. Use as a stewp or scoop into a burrito that is low carb/low fat.

Ingredients

    1 can of stewed tomatoes no salt, 1 can of black beans drained, package of taco seasoning (mix per directions), ground turkey breast, 1.5 tblsp roasted garlic, 1.5 cups of red onion

Directions

Makes 4- 1.5 c. servings. Will save in refrig for up to 3 days.

Using 1 tbls olive oil, cook onion & garlic until golden. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining olive oil and cook turkey.
Once turkey is cooked add the entire can of tomatoes (juice too), drain & rinse black beans then add to mixture.
Mix taco seasoning per package, add mixture, cover & cook for approximately 10 minutes.

You can serve as is in a bowl or over a low fat/low carb tortilla. Be sure to add the cals from the tortilla.
