Ingredients

    1.5lbs Chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 pkg of Southwest blend seasoning
    vegetables
    8c of water
    2-15oz cans of kidney beans
    1-14oz bag of frozen corn

Directions

In a large pot, saute' chicken pieces and southwest blend in garlic until juices run clear. Add water, kidney beans, and corn. Cook on high stirring occasionally until it boils. Reduce heat and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
