Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak,
    cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 bag(1lb) frozen stew veetables,
    thawed, drained
    1 can (15.ozs) thick-and-zesty seasoned
    or plain tomato sauce
    1 can (14ozs.) beef broth
    2 cans(5.5ozs) spicy hot vegetable juice


Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat, cook beef in skillet about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
