Introduction

I made this on a whim one day while being lazy with wanting to cook and not wanting to order take out. This is so easy to make and you can easily toss in other ingredients on your own! I made this on a whim one day while being lazy with wanting to cook and not wanting to order take out. This is so easy to make and you can easily toss in other ingredients on your own!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup (16Tbsp) Salsa Con Queso (Cheese Sauce)
    10oz Frozen Mixed Veggies
    9 oz Frozen Potato Wedges or French Fries (Deli Style Wedges work best!)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350F
In baking dish, place french fries in and top with mixed veggies. Bake for 20 minutes or until fries are browning & veggies are no longer frozen.
Remove from oven.
Stir in salsa con queso cheese sauce. Turn oven to 400F and bake for 10 mins. Serves 6! Top with buffalo sauce or spices for added flavor!
