Introduction

Super easy to make, esp. if you buy the pozza dough pre-made from the grocery store! Super easy to make, esp. if you buy the pozza dough pre-made from the grocery store!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/4 of a whole wheat pizza dough (in bags, uncooked)
    Favorite Veggies (I like:
    1/4 C Green/Red pepper strips
    1-2 large sliced mushrooms
    1/4 C Sliced onion)
    1/4 C mozzarella cheese
    Italian seasoning (to taste)
    Garlic powder (to taste)

Directions

Take a portion of the whole wheat dough, about 1/4 of total. Roll it out on a floured surface.
Place favorite veggies along the middle of the dough
Cover with cheese
Sprinkle on garlic and seasoning
Seal up by pinching the dough together. First bring up the sides, followed by the ends.
Use a knife to slice tiny slits in the top. This allows the steam to escape and avoids boiling the dough inside with the liquid from the veggies.
Cook for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and dough is cooked all the way through.
