Ingredients

    2.5 lbs extra lean ground beef (95% lean)
    3 cups of chopped onions
    2 tbsp light olive oil
    6 cloves of garlic, crushed or finely minced
    2 cups great value six bean salad, drained and rinsed
    2 cups great value dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (398 ml) can great value baked beans in tomoto sauce
    1 cup finely chopped celery
    2 cups chopped carrots
    2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 can (796 ml) great value diced tomatoes
    .25 cup chopped green pepper
    1 tbsp Salsa medium
    3 tbsp chili powder or to own taste

Directions

Brown ground beef, onions and garlic in the olive oil. Place meat mixture in 6 qt crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 4 + hours. The longer the better.

Makes about 4 quarts (16 cups)
